Directions of use:
- Shake well before use.
- Saturate a cotton ball or pad.
- Sweep over area to remove makeup and wipe off.
- Rinse with cool water before reapplying makeup.
- For long-wearing formulas, press and hold the saturated pad over lashes or lips for 10 seconds before gently wiping away.
