OPI Brilliant High Shine Top Coat (15ml) gives a gorgeous high-shine finish. If you love shiny nails, then this is the perfect product for you as it literally provides a level of shine that cannot be matched! Great for prolonging manicure wear and protecting against chipping. Finally, it helps prevent nails from yellow and staining.
Directions of use:
- First, apply your chosen OPI base coat to clean and dry nails with cuticles pushed back.
- Apply your OPI nail colour to the centre of the nail and along each side of the nail.
- Repeat until desired opacity is achieved, ensuring you seal the tips.
- Shine, seal and protect with one coat of OPI nail polish topcoat.
